Terms of Business

Reservations

We accept online reservations, accompanied by a reservation deposit. Your reservation request becomes a contract when you receive back a Booking Confirmation from us. Your deposit will be held as security against your reservation.

The apartment rental becomes due for payment 2-4 weeks before the holiday date depending on length of stay. For reservations within 2 weeks of the holiday date the apartment rental becomes payable immediately.

We require a refundable damage deposit of £200 payable on or before arrival which is returned to you in full when you leave the apartment in good order.

We accept payment of the reservation deposit by credit card using our online secure service Paypal & we absorb the credit card charges for this. We can accept payment by credit card for the rental balance but must add the credit card charge of 3.5% to your balance if you require this facility.

Arrival/Departure

Earliest arrival time is 2pm, latest departure time is 11am, except by agreeement.

We include one free on street parking voucher for the duration of your stay. For additional cars we can offer alternative parking solutions.

Cancellation

We treat cancellations sympathetically & appreciate as much notice as possible so that we can try to rebook. If we are able to rebook we will refund rental paid subject to any losses we have sustained.

Other conditions

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, nor are pets.

We regret we cannot accept children under 8 except infants for whom we can provide a travel cot free of charge.

We regret that, as the apartment is on the 1st floor (one storey up) it is unsuitable for wheelchair access.
